But\, the sudden crisis has showed that change is not only possible\, but also necessary. Though unwanted with severe consequences\, we can look at it as a possibility to be embraced. What are the new and pressing challenges brought about by the new scenarios? Can we just afford to go back to what we did before this crisis? And what are the main internal obstacles for organisational change?
