SUMMARY:WEBINAR ON AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT METHODS (II)
DESCRIPTION:Since 2016\, the Adeste+ consortium has been developing and testing a methodology called Audience Centred Experience Design. This is a hands-on program of capacity building workshops specifically aimed at developing the creation\, prototyping\, and testing of concrete Audience Development projects as enablers of tangible organisational change in the relationship between organisations and their potential audiences. \nWe would love to share the process and method with you all\, so we invite you to join our webinar \nOn wednesday june 9th\n10:00-12:00 AM CEST\nOn zoom \nParticipation is free\, but registration required here. \nThe webinar is hosted by Mapa das Ideias\, Kulturanova Foundation\, CKI Kunst Og Interkultur and Harinera ZGZ. \nADESTE + has developed the Audience Centered Experienced Design (ACED)\, to help cultural organizations. In this webinar we are going to stydy the process\, case presentations and relevant questions. \nACED\, as a process\, is Designed to be Centered on Audiences’ Experiences. It strives to reach the real people behind the hard data\, replacing abstract data points with a tangible connection to real human beings. \nACED uses a Design Thinking approach \n\nFocus on achievable goals\nEncourages risk taking – “Fail fast\, fail cheap”\nEncourages non-linear thinking\nIt’s a relational process\nChallenges assumptions\nDoesn’t replace but integrates other competences\n\nThe webinars are related but independent of each other. \nThe ADESTE+ partners comprise a diverse cross-section of the cultural sector\, from performing arts organisations to museums\, from small community centres to large foundations\, from national theatres to neighbourhood venues. \n\n\n
