Our knowledge partners were working in the blueprint for Adeste+ in Colchester last month. “Haking models for audience thinking” is the main idea of 5 days of intense work exploring tools and co-designing the first draws for working on audience centric organizations.
Fondazione Fizcarraldo, Melting Pro, the audience Agency, The Danish Centre for Arts & Interculture, Mapa Das Ideas, Kultura Nova Fondation and University of Deusto were in an intense exchange to find the tools for prototyping from ourselves for all in other cultural organizations. Our colleagues from Mercury Theatre were the guinea pigs.
The toolkit are for people that are working in the organizations. They will respond to the needs of our artistic partners.
The objective is to create a framework for the change to take place in the organizations themselves.
The work scheme is based on the people.
