How can Audience Development practices improve the way people work within cultural organizations? The Mercury Theater in Colchester (UK) hosted the co-design session of the Adeste + project.

During this week, scholars and researchers from knowledge partners have created the “blueprint”, or rather the path that cultural organizations will face to become more relevant to their audiences. In this video some results and impressions of the week. The project lasts three years and involves important cultural institutions from 7 European countries.
